F1 - 2.000.000.000 $, that is about the limit. If you de-activate the option and end the current turn, you will have the old amount of cash back. (before F1 was pressed). Maybe this comes in handy. Ow and the option has imidiate effect when pressed, so you don't have to wait 1 turn to get you billions.
F2 - Massive recources for every planet that uses them. It will give you steady 999.999 resources. You can change the resource usage with a little bar at the bottem of the planet info.
F3 - Gives you allot of people, massive population. With new planets you take over, shall this option give you 1.000.000.000 population. For your base it wil stay 2 billion, that's why we chose 1 billion:)
F4 - Cool you've got a new planet, and after one turn: 999.00 or more infrastructure!
F5 - Resets CONSTANTLY the turns total to 1. So you will have to de-activate to start increasing again. Another thing is, when you activate this option, the game will say "Sync Error Detected". As far we know, it doesn't effect your game. But use at own risc:)
