F1 - Freeze Cash - Basically, it does what I said it does. It freezes how much cash you have so that it will only go up via tourneys and side-games.
F2 - Freeze XP - This one's a little trickier. Does the same thing as cash, but you start with 0 xp, so play a game to get some XP, then freeze it. Now, with frozen XP, apply some stats to your character, then remove the stats. You'll see that when you spend XP, nothing happens, but removing it adds XP,
-Granting you infinate XP.
F3 - Unfreeze Cash - Allows your cash to go back down.
F4 - Unfreeze XP - Allows you to lose XP via spending.
